Hi. I think it's about time I set the record straight.
I don't need no stinking "goat pack" to get ME up the mountain!
See those feet... I'm like the road runner, only cuter, when it comes to
climbing mountains.
Goatie... hmmph! Gimme a break... that lazy slouch got nothing on me!
You ever see a picture of his sorry butt atop a peakie? Nooo...
Me... you betcha! I'm even in Google Earth... hahahaha!

So where wuz eye on Saturday?

Bee,

There is another pond between the first and second lakes but it's pretty well hidden in the trees. There is also a chain of 3-4 tiny ponds beyond and much to the right of the third lake which can not been seen thru the trees.

Thought it might be too easy.
Here's another from Gale:

Breeze Lake. Clark Range, Half Dome is visible too...

How about this one?

Same view direction; much lower elevation. Judging by Chick-on's shadow this was taken in the morning before you climbed Gale.

Wrong. Try again.

The first one was EZ cuz of the 3 lakes. But kudos to you, you may partake of a Summit Twinkie in celebration.

And... Mr. Webmaster, this is the Sierra threadsies, not the Himalaya...

Moraine Mountain? No, Mike didn't help me but I now realize why he's asking if it begins with "M". If it is Moraine then Givens Lake is well hidden. Do I work better after 2AM?

O.K. Chick-on, give us some hard ones. You might have had us awhile back when you posted the photo of Smedberg Lake taken from Volunteer Peak but you gave it away up front instead of challenging us.

Watch it smarty pants goat and marmot.
I think you better be filtering your water...
I might just do a fly by and drop some yummies into that agua just for you.

Sing or Redtop.
Which one? (you can see both in the picture)

Now I'm going to have to climb a 75' mountain somewhere in Raleigh and eat two twinkies.

Jim,
I'll try to keep him off of that "rock" of yours this coming weekend.
No promises though... he was squawking something like "my precious"...

Enjoy your Twinkies!

(1) Tell Chick-on that you have a surprise for him
(2) Blindfold him and take him for a ride to Baghdad by the Bay.
(3) Toss him out at the corner of Grant Ave. and Bush St.

Not sure what he's up to... but... ok... Here's another photo(s) from around there
looking at some big rock where it never rains:

Chick-on is looking at you!
