Wasn't that camera broke for awhile? Tioga is still out. I love the Turtle Back view and trail. It's the one trail/road that hardly anyone uses. A great place for solitude.Quote

Here's the view from the Turtle Back camera. Not too much snow at 5000 feet but have your snowshoes with you as you might need the cleats.

Another nice hike is up the road to the fire lookout just about 3/4 west of the 120/Big Oak Flat Road junction on 120. It starts at 6200 feet and goes up to about 6800 feet. Should be enough snow on that road to warrant shoes. I'm pretty sure there is even a winter trail that runs from the Crane Flat parking area to the fire lookout.
