This spot is one of the best spots in the park for erratics IMO.
Cool Glacial Polish and some sweet erratics...

Go up the Murphy Creek Trail from 120 for about 2-3 miles and you will see some great glacial stuff and some really fantastic erratics.

Now, what is a little interesting, is to think about how these boulders got to where they currently rest. I would guess that these have been in the same spots, originally buried perhaps in some gravel which was eventually washed away with a glacier recession, snow melt in spring and wind. I bet they have been in the same spots for 10-20K years!
