Mozingo Construction is continuing excavation work on North Side Drive and Village Drive and is now moving East on Ahwahnee Drive. Please drive slow and very cautiously in these construction areas. Mozingo is working on the replacement of aging utility systems (water, sewer and power) and the relocation of failing utilities from sensitive environmental areas into integrated utility corridors under roads and pathways thus allowing meadows and wetland habitat to revert back to pristine conditions.
