NTB releases report on plane crash near Yosemite that killed Palo Alto couple

The National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary report on a plane crash in Tuolomne County last week that killed a 70-year-old Palo Alto man and his fiancee.

According to the report, Albert Halluin, the pilot, and Judy Perchonock, 60, his passenger were both killed Feb. 19 when their Piper PA-32 crashed in low clouds and light rain as it approached Pine Mountain Lake Airport in Groveland. ....
