Have to get out of the city. Thinking of heading out to Echo Peaks, dayhike or overnight. Came back from Mt Whitney on monday over Tioga Pass, and like the rest of the sierra, looked like alot of snow and but melting fast. Don't mind snowshoeing, but was wondering if the peaks themselves above the talus fans are free of snow.
