my son and i hiked to Nevada Falls yesterday... didn't bring my good camera with us, as we were going down the Mist Trail etc.. but i did take a few photos of Lower Yosemite Falls.

i went there 3 weeks ago, and wasn't expecting that much water this time around, but was surprised to see a lot of water still! yeah, the river was not AS full, but still pretty full... and the meadows to my surprise were still very green.... perfect weather to hike!!! had a great time.... spend Sunday night at Hodgdon Meadows campground (only campsites left). we had no reservations, so we were taking a chance that people would be leaving on a Sunday (which they did).
