How did you get it vertical like that? What kind of video cam?

That looks like the standard view from the bridge. Get off the shuttle bus at stop #6 and walk up the paved path.

Thanks, but that's not what I was asking. I was wondering how he has a vertical image when a video camera is usually a horizontal image.

Rotated the video with ffmpeg:

nice -19 /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg -vf "transpose=2" -i dsc_0124.mov -b 11000k rotate.mpg

Put it on 16x9 and turny camera sid-e-wayz.

(if u lookie at my Wompa-Ma Fallz vid... those are shot in 16x9 in a pointy-shooty Camera)
