North pines campsites

So they didn't release all of the sites for North Pines till July yet. Does anyone have any experience with the delayed release? Do they put out a heads up as to when they are going to release them or do they just throw them up there? I normally just stay in Lower Pines but I got hosed by the reservation system this time...

I wonder if there is a concern about flooding, what with this being a big snow year and all.

I'm curious too.

With all the rain this year, it may not be available at all due to potential flooding.

I know they hold them back for the flooding possibility, I was just wondering how they released them in past years. Am I going to get a heads up or do I need to check recreation.gov 5 times a day.
