Half Dome Cables

Any educated guesses on when the cables may be put up? I will be there next thursday.

The park indicated that the trail was to be re-evaluated yesterday (June 14) and an update would be posted today (June 15). Will be there late next week as well--perhaps I will see you on top if open.

As announced today by the Park Service, the cables will be up on Wednesday, June 22, 2011.
