Can anyone give me information on the stream crossings to Waterwheel Falls from the TM trailhead? I plan to do this hike on July 8. I have scoured this site for information and I'm not too concerned with the snow but the safety involved with crossing the creeks with the high snowpack/melt this season. I would like to know if it's not only doable, but safe. I will have the chance to return to Yosemite a few more times this summer so it isn't crucial that I do this hike this week. Should I wait for the water level to go down later in the summer?

I did it June 30 with my kids 12 and 10, and it was no problem. There was one spot we took off our shoes for a shallow wade, one log crossing and two rock hops.
