Southern Cal Edison will be upgrading aging infrastructure and/or completeing other repairs as needed. A power outage for all of Tuolumne Meadows will be Monday July 18th, 2011 between 10:00am and 1:00pm.

Ha...in 2008 there was what I believe was called the Mariposa Fire and power was out in Yosemite Valley. We had to get our permit for the John Muir Trail...got a rare hand written permit. (Have plenty of those from the "ole"days...)

The power outage for all of Tuolumne Meadows has been changed to Monday August 1st, 2011 between 10:00am and 1:00pm.
