A visitor use research project is looking for assistance conducting behavior observations in Yosemite Valley meadows. Observers will be stationed in the study meadow and asked to map visitor use on paper maps using systematic scanning techniques. Brief training and supplies will be provided. Assistance from individuals aged 14 and older is requested for the following sessions:
- Sunday, July 24 (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.)
- Tuesday, July 26 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
- Saturday, July 30 (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.)
- Monday, August 1 (12:00 – 4:00 p.m.)
- Wednesday, August 3 (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.)
- Tuesday, August 9 (12:00 – 4:00 p.m.)
- Thursday, August 11 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
- Saturday, August 13 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
- Sunday, August 14 (12:00 – 4:00 p.m.)
- Sunday, August 21 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
