Just called the park and they report Tioga Road as open. Caltrans is still claiming 120 to be closed on the east side.

Yep, I drove over it. The lighted sign on 120 at Manteca showed it open...I'd guess that was 3:30.

Poor visibility just before the 8000 ft. mark...saw two cars in separate locations waiting for a wrecker.

When I took that picture it was snowing and the snow wasn't falling.
