The Crane Flat Store will be closed as of Feb 29 due to Big Oak Flat Road closure and will continue to be closed until the Big Oak Flat Road has reopened.

This means the mini mart at the gas station? I assume you can still get gas?

I wouldn't want to depend on that assumption. But it might be.

I guess there is no point staffing the place when it will be a virtual ghost town, since everyone will be coming to the park via 140 from that direction.

It might also be hard for them to supply the store if they usually get stuff from the Valley.

That was my thought as well, since the DNC warehouse is still located in Yosemite Village, IIRC.

OTOH, the Chevron gasoline tankers probably already take Hwy 120 to resupply the fuel pumps at the Crane Flat Store, so their access to the station shouldn't be hindered by the road closure.
