LOL! no. I'm sittin'' thousands of mls to the east in Europe. but I'm checkin' the webcam almost every day dreaming of yosemite. smiling smiley

this guy just happened to be in the front of the webcam. I have no idea who he is. you see people in front of the camera once in a while but this is the best picture I've seen so far.

He didn't ski in.
My guess would be he's working on some of the other radio equipment that is at the same location as the webcam.
How do they drive in? truck? snowmobile? snowcat?

Some just take a jet up to Glacier Point (or Sentinel Dome)...

Jeez, the image is really pretty fine. Just the color of the ambiance that day, it looks like. Makes me sorry I have not yet skied the Badger Pass/Glacier Pt. trail. Probably nice, in the next few days.
