I know I answered this question specifically before... but just can't find it either...
I think I said it was very steep on that ... but I haven't done it... only over
Hell Hole.. but I looked at it in great detail... and I'd say it is Class 2 as Secor says.
Now... you have to remember that you said that Hanging Basket was Class 3:

So... when you are below and you look at what you have to climb... then you
may just say.. sca-rew it...
I tried to get decent photos when I went up Lyell.. but I started at the crack
of dawn so I could get up Lyell and Mac on day 2... so the lighting wasn't great.
If you just look down from above... it doesn't look bad at all...
Def. looks class 2 from other similar gunk have done. YMMV though.
