I had seen pictures of Tenaya Creek curving out of the granite bowl in the past, but didn't know where it was. Recent posts by Basilbop and Chick-on, cleared up the mystery. Went there 2 weeks ago. Pretty easy to find by following Tenaya Creek off of the Sunrise trail.

Here is the granite bowl with lens flare

and without

Water is WAY down from this...
There is no water entering the large pool and mini-cave below the cascade now.

It was down quite a bit from when you posted a video. I knew it would fade pretty fast. Glad I got to see it with a fair amount of water.

My comment was actually comparing your video to how it was last Sunday.
But yeah, I did want to see it at it's most strong. It's a pretty simple trek for quite the display.

Tanks for Sharon

If you want to compare... lemme know and I will post a picture.
You just have to let me know if you want it with Spam or Chick-on.

I did think that you were comparing a more recent viewing. It was blasting pretty good in your previous video. Would be interested in seeing your picture from Sunday. Both spam and chick-on are good if not too much trouble. Thanks

Well... I know what you want... so here you go:

If it's not so clear... the water is not going into the pool by the "cave":

And... just for you... just did this back at the Chick-on ranch:

(best viewed about a foot away)
Maybe we get you one out in the wild soon...

Have fun

Chick-on in 3D so cool. The leaves make a great background. thumbs up
The spam is a nice touch.
Wow, the water is way down. At least the cascade still had a little bit going on. Looks like just damp rock below there.

It had enough water where it was still quite a pretty cascade.

SPAM. Yeah. Um.. honestly it's decent... when you fry it and have some syrup to put on it.
It's just ok.. otherwise. I didn't bring a stove this trip (had Ravioli for lunch and din din)...
so this was my breakfast. I only ate my pop-tarts and fig newtons near 10033... and
ended up eating the Spam here. I was able to eat it... smiling smiley barely...
Get the regular..

Glad you like the 3D. If I get anywhere interesting next week maybe you get another...

Have fun

SPAM. Yeah. Um.. honestly it's decent... when you fry it and have some syrup to put on it.

So...basically you're saying that syrup is tasty?

Why ruin the taste of Spam® with syrup?

Regular "Classic Spam" tastes great by itself. (No need to cook it either since it's already ready-to-eat!)

Spam burgers, yum!

(I didn't cook it... I didn't bring a stove) wink

And have you guys been talking to Bearproof?

Um... yeah... that is exactly what I'm saying...

Of course you can just give the Spam to The Old Dude and drink the Syrup...
That works too...

Lite is never as good as the deadly version.

Tried to re-create spam at Granite Bowl, but couldn't find any spam. Had to make due with a packet of StarKist Tuna.

Kept thinking that I was in chick-on territory. I was at Granite Bowl on Friday. Looks like I missed you by a couple of days on Watkins also.
