Thankfully the fog cleared up that night...here is the before and after (evening and the following morning) from our camp spot somewhere above Two Tents Lake:

Actually I like the one with the fog better.

For me the cooler pictures are the ones taken above the fog, I think partly from the alpenglow above the fog deck.

Although that lake in the fog is cool.

I still don't know what lake that is. What lake is it?

Da Bird can chime in, but if I recall our route correctly your guess is close, but not quite correct. The pictured lake is near the one you mention...maybe two tents away?

The Other Tom I think would appreciate this photo too!

It's not taken from the saddle. It's taken from atop the same ridge the so called Peak is on but
at a higher elevation. So I guess that makes it a peak above.
