From the California Department of Transportation, District 9 Facebook page:

US395 IS CLOSED AT BRIDGEPORT DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. A Detour is available via SR182 and Nevada Highways 338 and 208.

US Hwy 395 is closed in Bridgeport at the Junction of SR 182 due to a big rig accident at the bridge. Traffic is being detoured on SR 182. Opening of US Hwy 395 is unknown at this time.

Looks like it is back open:

1-WAY CONTROLLED TRAFFIC 0.3 MI SOUTH OF THE JCT OF 182 /IN BRIDGEPORT/
(MONO CO) FROM 1030 HRS TO 1600 HRS ON 5/15/13 - DUE TO ACCIDENT CLEANUP
