Couldn't go to the Eastern Sierra without checking up on Yosemite. I spotted the Dana Lakes trail from Tioga Road, so I had to check out some of it.

Spent too much time up around the Dana Lakes trail, so didn't go as far up Ragged Peak saddle, as I was going to.

Yes, it's very easy in Yosemite not to reach the destination one originally had planned to go to since it's very easy to spend a lot more time on the journey checking out all the sights along the way.

Thanks for posting all those videos. A nice diversion when one's stuck in the office.

We saw that sailboat (or a sailboat) at Tenaya lake while driving by over the July 4th weeknd. It wasn't in the water but on the beach on the east end of the lake.
