Great ideas, thanks for posting. I don't think I am going to try the roasted Starbursts although I would like to try the Mountain Dew thing.

When I read that, I was wondering how it would work. I have mixed peroxide and baking soda together to clean my tile grout but it never glowed so I thought there was something in the ingredients of Mountain Dew that might do that. I have not looked at a bottle of Mountain Dew in decades so I have no idea what is in it.

I prefer glycerol ester of wood rosin.

Tylenol makes a great fire starter.... but then you have to use a match to light it.

A few tablets will burn long enough, longer than the match, to get some damp kindling going.
