This hazardous weather outlook is for the higher elevations of
The southern sierra nevada.

...Winter weather conditions above 5000 feet...

.Day one...Today and tonight

No hazardous weather expected.

.Days two through seven...Monday through saturday

* snow accumulations: several inches to locally 1 to 2 feet possible.

* elevation: 7000 feet and above...Lowering to around 5000 feet by
Saturday.

* timing: wednesday night through saturday.

* locations include: tuolumne meadows...Tioga pass...Huntington
Lake...Grant grove and lodgepole.

* impacts: snow covered roads in the higher elevations may make
Driving difficult or impossible. A winter survival kit is
Recommended.

* stay tuned to noaa weather radio...Or your favorite news
