If I find that I miss mortgage payments after my house is paid for, this model would be a great thing to have! 
Seriously, it does seem pretty stunning (I've always been a sucker for highly detailed models and when the subject is something I love, that's a slam dunk for me) but $250k is a bit more than I've got in my "impulse buy" budget just now!
