In fact, there a whole lot of changes in the new 2016 contract that I'm none too thrilled about.

These changes are a result of the Tuolumne Wild and Scenic River Management Plan, not the new contract--which was delayed in part so that it would reflect these changes. The time to express concerns about the changes would have been during the public comment period.

Hmmm... I just scanned the .pdf from that thread related to the changes. They don't all seem to be there.
