Twin Lakes : none

Virginia Lakes : just starting.

Rock Creek : peak above 8800 ft, just starting below.

Online reports said all 3 were in "go NOW". Pfft, The Internet.

Awesome! I'll be headed to June Lake Sunday for a 4 day, fall colors visit.

I checked to see if I remembered how to load a photo...Little Lakes Valley yesterday. Not all color is in the aspens! Aspens are just about done between Mosquito Flat and Rock Creek Lake. Color at Rock Creek Lake and along Hilton Lakes trail. Good luck stopping roadside, though. Construction continues although it was "scheduled" to be completed Oct 6. Long waits for pilot car escort.
