Looks to me like they only hold the TM for clothing, not hotels.

Clother, mugs, etc. Which means nobody else can put Yosemite National Park on such things. Seems wrong to me.

From what I understand, such things are design specific. Others can use "yosemite national park" but not the same lettering, style, etc, that DNC copyrighted.
