Arch Rock Traffic Pattern Saturday

The Arch Rock entrance on Hwy 140 is planning on performing a trial run of a new traffic pattern this Saturday, February 13th. It will consist of using the outbound lane closest to the kiosk as an additional inbound lane. We, the Arch Rock staff, are hoping to decrease the wait time for all incoming traffic and potentially utilize this new method during peak hours in the summer. Here are the primary changes to be aware of if you are entering or exiting through this entrance on Saturday:

Employees: There will be a ranger walking down the line of incoming vehicles that will direct you to the regular employee lane. Please continue to stop at the stop sign and drive especially slowly after the stop sign as there will now be a third lane merging into traffic.

All: We would appreciate if you could note the number of minutes that it took you to get through the line from start to finish and submit this information in the survey below. Please help us have a smooth test run by driving especially slowly and cautiously when approaching the entrance from either direction and practicing some good situational awareness.
