And earlier this month, the USPTO confirmed it will suspend NPS' cancellation actions against DNC until final resolution of the litigation instituted by DNC before the Court of Federal Claims. http://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?pno=92063225&pty=CAN&eno=17
