Wow, long way around if you wanted to visit Mariposa Grove or Wawona area.

Mariposa Grove is not going to be opened until fall due to the restoration project but you are right about Wawona. Also people coming for the south will have to take the long way in on the 140 scary thing is that the 120 is closed between Foresta and Crane Flat so you can't get into the valley that way.
