The Big Oak Flat Road between Foresta and Crane Flat is closed (24 hours/day) due to continuing storm damage. It's uncertain when the road will reopen. The only outside access to Yosemite Valley is via Highway 140.

If a slide should happen to close 140 as well, it's going to be a challenge finding a way into the Valley...
