Looks like the Government shutdown is over and sorry to see the government employees go through all this experience. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/01/22/us/politics/government-shutdown.html

Anyone knows when the Recreation.gov will be back up and running?

The House still needs to vote on the Senate's version of the bill. Then it will need the president's approval. So the government is currently still shutdown.
