...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THIS
EVENING ABOVE 8000 FEET...
* WHAT...Snow expected above 8000 feet. Total snow accumulations
of two to four inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph on
exposed ridgetops and along the crest.
* WHERE...Central Sierra above 8000 feet.
* WHEN...From 11 AM PDT this morning until 11 PM PDT tonight.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Snow
covered roads could impact the evening commute.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
