Seems like anyone wanting to see the sights beyond Badger Pass, on Glacier Point Road, better do it by 2020 or wait almost 2 years.

Thanks for pointing this out. Sounds like an opportunity to me: more days on which the road is closed but the four mile trail is open, i.e. more days to enjoy GP with fewer people there.

But it likely means more traffic/parking pressure in other parts of the park.
