Unfortunate accident. So sad and heartbreaking. Brings me back to 2007 when I (and so many others) witnessed a young man slip and fall to his death in a similar fashion. That was a very hot summer day with probably 2x, 3x as many people (pre-permit). I don't think about it everyday, but fairly regularly. Will never forget the look on his face and the people screaming.
