Is that an example of "authentic ancient petroglyphs" or rather modern additions, ruining an irreplaceable artifact? (I've never seen such density of artwork before)

The density certainly surprised me. But they did appear to be authentic.

Are these pictographs in Yosemite? What makes me ask is that the rock isn't granite.

They are near Fish Slough in the volcanic table lands north of Bishop.

Cool! Where was this taken? The terrain (as much as can be seen) looks like it could be Petroglyph National Monument in Albuquerque but I was there fairly recently and don't recall seeing any panels quite this densely covered.

We went in April … you can get a brochure in Bishop. If you want to find other ones.. you have to find them yourself
(i.e. they won't tell you where they are)
