Looks like NPS released some sites recently. This was definitely after 8am.

Today, @ 7:00 am was the normal reservation day for Oct. 15th - Nov.14th. (limited availability, Upper Pines only) I scored a site @ a millisecond after 7:00 am.

Nice, congrats! I had no luck from 7 - 8am. They definitely released some additional sites later....maybe similar to how Upper Pines sites were released earlier this week in a rolling/staggered manner.
