The Inyo National Forest announces that the Lakes Basin Road will open on June 25. Visitors should be advised that hazard tree work continues along the road corridor and that there may be delays while this work is ongoing. The following campgrounds are scheduled to open on June 26: Twin Lakes, Lake Mary, Lake George, Pine City, and Coldwater.
