FRIDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 20 to 30
inches. Locally heavier amounts possible above 6000 feet. Winds
could gust as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Higher elevations of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute.
