Quoteda bird <snippy> It's still "just" The Merced there. Lyell Fork and Triple Peak Fork are further upstream beyond Washburn. If you look at your map more... amazingly it doesn't even have any falls marked on the Lyell Fork. When the water is really flowing that is something to see.
