As others have mentioned, EE is a great option. They're an incredible value for what you get. I bought an EE Enigma 20 a few years ago when I first was interested in a quilt. Last year, I ponied up and bought a Katabaic Palisade and it's amazing. They've very expensive, but the craftsmanship is second to none and the pad attachment system is the best around. Hi guys! Long time lurker, but lurker no more. I’ve been trying to get up to TM for an early season trip out to Glen Aulin for a few years and was finally able to get up there for a quick one nighter this year. Left LA Friday night and headed up to TM Saturday morning after a quick sleep at the lovely Bishop Super 8. Picked up our permits and were on the trail by 9.
