Quotebasilbop Installing new chargers would require running wire and conduit, with the requisite trenching and re-paving--assuming there is sufficient electrical capacity to begin with. For some reason, they also seem to have installed the chargers in between the parking spaces instead of at the front, so there was a net loss of approx. 1 parking spot per pair of chargers. You seem to be knowledgable about EV charging. I assume you have one? If so, which one? I read on another forum they were removing the Tesla destination chargers (which can be used with any EV with an adapter) and replacing them with Rivian chargers. I'm a little baffled why they didn't just add Rivian chargers and leave the rest alone. To be fair, though, Tesla can use the Rivian J1772 plby The Other Tom - Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada. That violates the spirit of the rules, if not the actual rule. If/when bears figure out they can get food from a backpack, it won't end well for the hiker.by The Other Tom - Backpacking and Hiking Yosemite and the Sierra

This is sad, of course, but I've noticed that a lot of sequoia trees have been struck by lightning. I guess if stay in one spot long enough, lightning will strike you.by The Other Tom - Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada. News & Discussion

From the article: They noticed that the wrapping on the mummified Twinkie seemed to be sucked inward, suggesting that the fungus got in before the package was sealed and, while the fungus was consuming the Twinkie, it was using up more air or oxygen than it was putting out. I don't know where you live, but if you don't mind a drive, there are some near Fallon, NV. As an added bonus, they're near the Top Gun school and sometimes you can see the jets practicing. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/nevada/grimes-point-petroglyphsby The Other Tom - Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada.
