It was nice of CalTrans to open Sonora Pass just so I could get to Mammoth to go skiing, before quickly closing it again. Quotettilley Not quite! At least today they marked it closed 3/4 mile short of the pass, at the USFS Tioga Lake overlook. That's where it's been closed when I've gone up there in previous years.
