An Iraq war veteran from Westminster who was told he would never walk again has completed a gruelling 1,800ft climb for charity.

Ok. He had to have done the Zodiak:
Zodiak
1,800 ft.
"Easy hauling, a straightforward approach and a great location make Zodiac the first El Cap route for many climbers. The climbing is clean and exposed, following a series of large features through overhanging rock. Though the technical climbing is much harder than the Nose or Lurking Fear, only 16 pitches mean that Zodiac is less of an ordeal."

I can probably, maybe, possibly do 10 pullups... so ... quite Amazing!

Zodiak is sorta near the infamous Horsetail Falls. Up that way...

Haven't a clue if anyone finds this in the least bit interesting but...
I found it on one of my bazillion photos I like to take so here it is anyway:

The top text/arrow is "Horsetail Fall".
The bottom text/arrow is "Nipple Pitch".

Seriously... how can this not be of interest?

How many times you been to El Cap meadow?
What are people doing?

Looking up spotting people.

Sigh.
