are you allowed to camp in Yosemite Valley all year long? or do they close them if there is too much snow?

I've been there in 1.5 feet of snow, and nobody closed nuthin'...roads, were plowed, chains were required, and you had to shovel out your own vehicle, but the place was open.

It's year round. But there have been a few times when they closed because of flooding.

even the campgrounds called Upper and Lower Pine? they're open too?

Only Upper Pines is open all year.
