Fishing Cathedral and Sunrise lakes

Does anybody have any info or suggestions regarding fishing at any of these lakes or vicinity?

I have briefly fished both groups mid-day with lures and flies without much success; however, have talked to some who had been fishing Sunrise (upper) with good success earlier in day. Fishing evening and mornings I would expect them to be more productive with Kastmasters or flies such as mosquito, mayfly, and caddis fly imitations. I have caught brookies in May Lake and Merced. Would assume that Sunrise has similar populations. My typical first choices are adams/caddis/cahill/humpy (red) or hare's ear nymphs. If you are not a purist, take a small spinning reel and a few lures to use with a flyrod.
