ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -- The story is changing for a local couple who popped a can of Pepsi and said they found pieces of an animal inside.
Amy Denegri from Ormond Beach said she and her husband Fred thought it was pieces of a mouse in the soda can in late July.
But the Food and Drug Administration has confirmed it was a frog or toad inside that can. It was unable to determine when or how the animal entered the package, but said that it was lacking internal organs.
