Motorists can expect, on average, 20-minute delays for drainage and electrical work on California Route 28 from Estates Drive in Tahoe Vista to the Nevada state line, which starts at 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, relegating the path to one-lane traffic control until 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1.
