Oh..this is too bad....Bodie is so desolate...I can't imagine being stuck up there this time of year.....I was there May 08 and the wind and snow that late was pretty darn substantial!

I visited Bodie without the need for 4WD in Jan 2009 but this winter's (El Nino) been a little deeper in the fluffy stuff. He probably was pretty sure kinda sorta he'd be OK. I'm going to Diego next week and I will not attempt 270.
