You can camp in the backcountry with your own horse. I'm not sure where a horse trailer could be parked (I'd guess a campground with RV spaces be OK). The park concessioner (Delaware North) has stables and other facilities for horses.

Overnight boarding facilities, spot packing, and day rides are available from DNC Parks and Resorts at Yosemite (DNC) whose liveries are located within Yosemite National Park. Horse owners are responsible for making advance arrangements for overnight use and reservations are suggested for all services.
